UKBFF North East Sept 10th - UK-Muscle Body Building Community

Just to remind people uhmming and ahh-ing about competing, that now would be a great time to start prepping for the UKBFF North east champs in pudsey.

Flex magazine /weider are promoting the show and so its a great chance to see your name in print in the magazine!

Any girls thinking of competing for the first time feel free to ask plenty questions or pm me for any advice and if i can help i will.

I'm dieting right now for this as i'm guesting along with Eddie Abbew .

You dont have to live in the area so come on guys and girls, lets make it a really good show

Hey hun,

I promised John I would do this one. It will be my first UKBFF show!

And with you and Eddie backstage...............

I am planning on doing the BNBF Brit finals before 'the BRITS" so even if I did qualify, I would be disqualified!
