![]() ![]() | What have I done? About 6 months ago I started doing barbell rows in my back routine, everything was going well until one session when I went quite heavy and I felt something twinge in the back of my right shoulder. I took that as a warning and have taken it very easy, slowly building the weight back up. Last night I did back again and started off with dead lifts which I havent done for a long time. I started off with some stupidly light warm up sets but couldnt go any heavier than 45kgs because the pain in my right shoulder was too much. After giving up on the deads I reverted back to barbell rows and went heavier than ive ever managed without a problem. Has anyone ever experienced this or knows what ive done and what I should do? Would a deep tissue massage do the trick? |
