Medial Delt / Shoulder Tendon Rehab

Afternoon chaps.

Managed to injure my medial delt and pull my shoulder tendon.

Currently resting it, but what would you gents prescribe for Rehab...?

I'd advise some light physio for starters, when you feel ready.

If not those then please forgive me I just had to toss that in there mate......

Finger crawls up the side of a door.
Circular motions with a DB hanging in front of you with you bent over.
Massage.
Do nothing that aggrivates.
And RICE
Rest
Ice
Compression
Elivation
