clicking shoulders

right, when i perform overhead movements my shoulders click on every rep

i am also stull yet to solve the problem of my right delt, i am unsure what it was whether it was a rotator cuff problem or an impingement problem
i am yet to get round to findign a physio

at one stage i couldnt perform dips, chins or 1 arm db rows and couldnt move my right shoulder higher then pec level (in a vertical movement)

i can now perform pulls (with caution), dips and am back on bb bent over rows as opposed to 1 arm db rows

any ideas on the delt and clicking?

Re: clicking shoulders

nice one that it is not a great problem, i was a bit worried as they have only started doing it in the last few weeks

i thought it may have something to do with the fooked up delt (that goes back to september) so im relieved at that

cheers mate
