ratchet shoulder

thats what my shoulders are like when i try and shoulder press of any exercise pushing over my head has anyone can imagine its fustrating and painful but only whilst doing the exercise anyone had the same problem what advice/exercises can be done do aviod

p.s no matter how light the weight is it clicks grinds etc

What does your Physio / Chiropractor say the issue is...?

only went to docs a while back many moons ago and he told me its possibly ligament damage that healed badly went for a scan and never heard anything again...

Mate if the problem doesn't affect your 'non weight training' life a doc will not really care TBH. A physio however will help you with the problem as I found out recently. Go see one asap.
