Re: done chest and shouldr hurts :(

First things first take a week or two off training chest.

Then analyse your form (Are you arms flaring out?).

Failure to do these two points could lead you to be out the game for a while (Personal experience). And as fixit says, please describe your pain in more detail.

Re: done chest and shouldr hurts :(

Tech at this point is totally irrelevant due to pass occurance. I specialise in Musculoskeletal rehab and you need to know exactly what is painful and where, insertion and origin points need to be looked at.

Re: done chest and shouldr hurts :(

Well worth going to the doctor to check it out. Ask them for some anti-inflammatories while you're there. I've got a small stockpile on hand for whenever I feel shoulder pain from bench pressing.

tom206 hit on the head, rest is best and please people do not advise anti inflams, they create more problems than they solve.

Re: done chest and shouldr hurts :(

Yes, anti inflams work not only on reducing Prostaglandrin (antiplatelet activity) they almost alway have a detrimental effect on the GI tract and the larger the dose the worst side effects, ulcers for one. This then hinders training and causes more nutritional problems.

Try Celery seeds for the insides and Percutane cream for the outside
