Pain in rear of just one shoulder...

I'm already doing Glucosamine, fish oils, and 1000Mg of Vit C.

Only flares up when I'm doing shoulder/chest work, it's not so painful to stop me altogether but it certainly prevents that last crucial rep getting squeezed out. It's a wrenching pain, like two sore spots are getting ground together back there in the shoulder.

It's most noticeable when I'm doing DB presses, as I go down the pain kicks in when the elbow reaches body level, and disappears a few degrees later, come back UP and the pain comes/goes at the same point in the movement. Don't get it at all benching.

The most worrying thing is I've had this same pain on and off since my 20's...

Any solutions?

Cheers,

Keyser.

If you have had it that long, I would get a profesional diagnosis.
Wrong diagnosis and advice could possibly make things worse.
Go to a sports injury clinic or a chiropractor.
