| Pagga | What have I done? have been getting a debilitating pain in my right shoulder, it is in the area about 15 degrees to the front of centre, I get it when doing any lifting or stretching, any ideas what it could be?

Subscapularis inflammation, anterior rotator cuff tear/inflammation, anterior deltoid tear/inflamation. Likely causes: Deep benching Deep Flyes Upright Rows Pulldowns behind the neck Presses behind the neck. Its incredibly common and oh so avoidable IF you wanna hear things like you shouldn't bench so far that your elbows dip below parralel? most peeps don't, hence how common these threads are. Treatment is usually rest, lots and lots of rest, at least for 6-8 weeks although it can go on for up to a year. SD
