Danny,
I'm a believer in trying one thing at once to be honest. I think it's difficult to accurately say what's actually working when you have so many things in the mix at once.

I've done very well on the cyp, I have even reduced the frequency of shots now & still seem to be getting stronger & growing well. I did start by using GH & DBol but quickly realised it was too much so stripped it back to the basics.

Re: Injury Advice - Rotator Cuff !!!

Yeah Very good point......... like getting perscribed 3 different meds for an illness and then not knowing what ones actually working the best. Looks like i'll be keeping it simple for now then and will def be looking at getting some Cpy if i'm still getting problems after my 1st lot.

How long you cycling it for ? Can it just be run on its own ?

Re: Injury Advice - Rotator Cuff !!!

Sure, any gear can be run as a stand alone provided you know how long it is active for & keep the dosage frequent enough for that drug. People forget that all steriods are basically testosterone. We don't have receptors for sus, some for deca, some for cyp etc. They all hit the same receptors so why complicate things?

I don't pretend to be a gear expert as I have only ever used piffling doses but I know that less is usually more.

Re: Injury Advice - Rotator Cuff !!!

Hey guys just thought i'd give you an update....

Since I've started on the Test & Eq abt 3 weeks into it and my shoulder feels so much better, it feels 100% but i'm taking it easy managed 12 reps @ 75kg which I'm quite please with considering I havent done flat bench propper for 3 months or so..... but not going too deep dont wanna agravate it just incase.

But its amazing how much the stuff has helped, real improvement just wanted to put this up incase someone else is looking for advice on if steroid help with injuries, I think its the EQ i chcuked in for good good measure rather than gains.

Re: Injury Advice - Rotator Cuff !!!

Flat benching offers no extra potential for pec growth than inclines or declines, but it dramatically increases the chance of injury. It's only worth doing if it is something required for powerlifting competition IMO.

I'm opening a gym soon, and can confidently say there won't be a flat barbell bench in the place. I can't stop people doing flat dumb bell presses, but it's a step in the right direction.

Re: Injury Advice - Rotator Cuff !!!

Hi Rotator cuff injuries are complexed and firstly you need to rest. Made up of the Subscapularis, Supraspinatus, Infraspinatus and Teres minor, collectively deliver rotation and pulls the raised arm downwards, assists in Deltoid abduction, backward extension and arm adduction. The muscle cream Percutane works very well along with (once healed) specific Rotator cuff strength exercises. Email if you require further information.

I have never heard of this muscle cream, can you elaborate some?

On the subject of the rotator cuff, here's some info I gave a guy on the CNP forum recently. it's a little late in the discussion I know but still relevant:

The rotator cuff consists of the infraspinatus, supraspinatus, Teres Minor & Subscapularis muscles. The Rotator Cuff muscles (R.C) serve to maintain stability in the joint (amongst other functions) and to prevent the larger muscles from dislocating the humerus during thier actions.
Trouble starts when the deltoids get proportionately stronger than the R.C muscles, which reduces the gap between the proximal head of the humerus & socket in the scapula (called the sub acromial space). This gap is needed to allow free movement of the tendons as the shoulder goes through it's full range of motion. This means that the tendons of the R.C muscles get 'impinged' during most movements.

Left unchecked, this will rarely sort itself out as repeated movements will only serve to further inflame the tendons as they are dragged through the reduced sub acromial space. This will eventually lead to a tear in one of the tendons which will almost always require surgery.
Is it me, or do we seem to be going round in a loop on this one? Mr Fixit has the A & P right, but IMO, any topical cream can only serve to act as a lubricant and the massage of the area is doing the real work as few substances can penetrate transdermally to a deep lying tissue like the RC. I have never treated an RC injury with massage myself.

Incline dumb bell press my friend, there's no substitute IMO. Here's a sample chest workout:

---------------------------------------------------------------------
Warm up/pre exhaust on cable crossovers: 3 sets of 12-15 light, no real fatigue, just get blood flowing & lubricate shoulder joint*
Tip:Stand in the middle holding handles & then walk straight forward three or four feet to flatten the cable angle out a bit & do the exercise there.*
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Incline dumb bells: 2 sets 10-15 up to 60% of last set weight
1 set to failure 6-8 reps (maybe 1 or 2 forced reps).
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Decline Press: 1 set 10-15 up to 60% final set weight
1 set to failure 6-8 reps
(use a hammer machine or whatever you have)
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Incline Dumb bell flyes*: 1 set 60% working weight
1 set to failure 6-8
*if sufficiently warm, drop the first set of flyes & just hit the failure set*
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Stick a fork in you, you're done. :p
