| Made in Liverpool | Jabbing query I had a shoulder problem around 16-18 months ago, i had 6 months off weights and a cortisone injection. It healed quite well, but now my right shoulder is starting to grind again if you get me, it still clicks from the initial problem i had. But it now seems that either the cortisone injection has warn off, or i have ground down the cartilage in my shoulder again. My question is when i jab prop into my right shoulder it feels great, lubed up and like new again. first thing i know is to get some glucosamine sulphate but... can my shoulder get dependant on the injections?
