BRADDY is on a distinguished road
Shoulder pains

About 5 weeks ago whilst training my back i injured my shoulder doing narrow grip pull downs.
as i went to do my first set my shoulder seemed to come out of its shocket (it didnt put but felt like it did)
the day after it wasnt that painfull but gave me some pain when moving and stretching it.
went to the doctors about 2 weeks later, got some anti- inflam which seemed to take about 90% of the pain away.
been slowly gettin back into the gym but still feeling the a slight plain when doing any pulling of stretching exercise. i cant seem to get rid of the pain on one side of the shoulder

any help

Cheers
