    lump in the Trapezius

    in july i dislocated my shoulder i could not lift my arm at all for about 6 weeks now it seems to be ok in every day life but i cant do any exersise that involves pushing forwards ie benchpress or even pressups but fine with shoulder press,on the end of my trap just above my front delt they is a hard lump that gives me a sharp pain if i try pressups or bench press,i am really itching to start training my chest again but this injury is holding me back has any one got any advise or had a simular problem, i have a appoint mentwith a specialist in 2 weeks but its with a dr muhamed so guessing i wont understand a ****ing word he says!! any advise?

    Well i would forget about any racial prejudices and just go and see the expert. When you have something more useful/ sensible to say, post it and you might get some more helpful advice.
