im sure i read on here some where that you guys put 2 nuked eggs in your protein shakes . cant find the post tho ,or was it with somethig else . also is there a flavourless shake ,what ones you buy and what else you mix in them to make a good shake . i just bought myself a new blender/mixer and im want to try different thing . iv got a pro lab stuff just now vanila ... not to keen on the taste .

i use unflavored whey from www.aviform.co.uk

i put 4 eggs in the micro for 40 secs blend them wiht milk and abit of honey and some hot chocolate mix

I put protein peanut butter oats and sea salt in water and blend

sounds nice! The best shake is a bit of nesquick with 2 scoops of unflavoured whey and skimmed milk
