Also does it disguise taste of tuna as the stuff makes me wretch. Cheers Colin |

![]() | Re: Blending tuna into drink I mix the following: 2 cans of drained tuna 185grams each(bigtins) 200mls apple and blackcurrent squash 200mls water 15mls olive oil(helps it slide down better) one scoop of oats 1 teaspoon factor 3 glutamine powder Sounds rank but it actually ain't that bad, the first ones always the worst as its physcological, as your expecting it to taste rank, but I quite enjoy it now in the morning plus its an instant 75 gram protien hit!! Try it you might like it!! Paul |
