![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | Re: I want to make my own bars?? oats, honey, peanut butter (low fat) and whey me n the missis made choc mint flap jacks like this they were great she loves them cant remeber weights though somit like 200g oats 150g honey 150g peanut butter and 2 heaped scoops of whey mix by hand then spread onto baking film in a tray then chill for 45 mins taste good!
