get a can of fish, i use pilchards because there nice and fat
lightly toast a peice of brown bread and great as much cheese as you want.
if you want spread, a little bit of extra light mayo on the lightly toasted bread, befor you add the fish.
add the fish and spread it out then add as much cheese as u desire ontop, slap the oven on and bake until roastin hot all the way through.
get a knife and fork to it and enjoy
