    shakes recommendation please

    hi guys
    been out of the loop with shakes for a while.
    i,m cutting down at the moment so need to replace a few meals with just shakes.
    i cant bear watery shakes so who does a nice thick creamy choccy flavour please

    Depends what your looking for, I could name Boditronics Evo and that has high carbs. I could name Maxiraw Complex and that has low carbs.

    Both tastes good actually.

    Why would you need to replace meals with shakes because you are cutting???

    thanks guys
    i,m on a ketogenic based diet at the mo and therefore i only need protein of 50g per meal.
    i just hate watery shakes so if you guys are impressed with the consistency of myprotein then ill be on the ordering

    Digestion rate, less calories/Carbs/Fats in a shake than in SOME foods and tastes freakin mint XD
