Bedtime protein soufflé
Just made the rob riches protein soufflé
5 eggwhites
1 scoop choc cookie casien
Peanut butter or almond butter
40g protein
6g carbs
12g fats
To be fair it's ok , I'll be doing this as my before bed meal for a week or so till I find another meal
Needs to be sweeter but hey it's perfectly edible so I'll forget about sugars lol

Re: Bedtime protein soufflé
Is that about 50g peanut butter?
I presume you just mix it up and slosh into the microwave?
Calorie free sweetener would probably help.
