![]() ![]() ![]() | protein shake I bang 9 dessert spoons of 80% protein in my shaker with water and 3 dessert spoons of dextrose powder for a after workout shake take to gym and nail it as soon as I finish. Not sure if this is ok but if fills me up immediately. cheers ![]() |

| Train big, eat big, sleep big AND BE BIG!!! | Hard Gainer Shake Hey guys, Im finding it hard to supplement my diet enough to put on some serious poundage. Do any of you have any good home made hard gainer formulas that work for you? At the moment im using myprotiens hurricane formula which is giving me good steady gains, but i feel i can bulk more if i use a formula more geared towards bulking rather than an 'all-in-one' shake. Any help/advice would be much appreciated cheers guys.
