Store in container. One ball is great pick me up and great for staving off the hungries and for keeping your blood sugar level on even keel. It is full of calories so it is best to eat this when bulking not cutting. I would like to know the amount of protein, carbs etc... Is there an online site to determine amounts of protein, carbs etc of foods?
