i,ve been using some reflex whey , recentlly and it says on the lid chocolate flavour....now, in my opinion theres only one thing one the planet that tastes like chocolate!! ...and thats chocolate!...but......

also i am taking in a bit of peanut butter too (i,m controlling the carbs and using oils) oh but its the Whole earth peanut butter not that sugar loaded sh1t.

so it struck me i stuck them both together as a shake and BANG!! wow all i can say is liquid snickers

if anybody already does this and says "god man, thats an old one!!" then why didnt you tell me earlier.

i,ve got thru a tub in about 1 week , cant keep off the stuff!

On another note I have jelly (Sugar free) with my peanut butter sometimes and it too is golden.

And another note, instead of making your shake with water make it with ice cubes instead (tastes similar to a McDonalds shake) thanks to Pscarb for this one.
