I would go for a chicken salad with garlic infused olive oil or you could get some stallone puddings at 20g of protein and less than 2g of carbs per tin they would be ideal you don't even need a tin opener...

Works for me.

"Stallone pudding"??? The chicken salad is way too 'lunchy', it'd be like eating black forest gateau at 6am (which is what they do in Germany!)

"Intestinal flora"....only our Peg could have come up with such an inventive term!!!

intestinal flora It is biology verbage, actually. I can't claim it. Thank you for your kind words.

For the stomach. Take some digestive enzymes.
Also you can take some charcoal tabs to help neutralize any methane gas evacuation. LOL!

For the breath:
chew on clove buds, cinnamon sticks, cardamon seeds
Chew, taking care not to swallow.

More

Main focus is to get the digestive system working properly.

have you tried skipping the protein shake. Why not add your spoonfuls of protein in with your porridge.

In the morning boil a few eggs, de-shell and de yolk them and put them in a box with brocolli or fajita wraps??

Get terrible bloating if I do that, and I'd still have the issue about what to eat at 10.

Vegetables are too 'pm', I have to feel like I'm eating a late light breakfast, not an early lunch! Fajita's equal carbs.

Crustless quiche
Eggs Benedict
Like a sunday brunch.
Prepare on Sunday have through Friday...
Well, maybe for the big lads, make 3 quiche for the week.

No Sunday brunch champagne though... too early in the day.

Bloating can be from poor digestive enzymes and intestinal flora as well.

dude - get over the lunchy feeling. I know people who have oats and chicken for breakfast.

Society says you should have cereals at breakfast then a lunchy lunch and then a dinnery dinner.

But you are not like the rest of society. If you need your protein then you have to get where you can. Try and change your way of thinking about food.

As for gateux (?) they do not eat it in germany any more than we do here.

Take strips of chicken and microwaved peppers in a lunch box. That way you can pick whilst working and not look like your eating. Alternatively, get a job where you work from home like me and can eat anything anytime.

At 10.00 this morn I had a baked potatoe and egg whites. What would society say about that!!! My family and friends think I am nuts as they eat their curries at 22.00hrs and drink 10 pints which is far worse.

My mom said to me last week that brocolli and tuna was not balanced. Then I told her about the peppers, chicken, veg and tuna that I consume in a day. Guess what - no response.

Dont be afraid to be different.
