nice recipe T...

for those on a low carb phase try this..
it is nothing special but is very nice and a little diffrent...

what you need:
2 scoops Protein poder
200ml water
4 small to medium strawberries
Light squirty cream

mix the 2 scoops of protein powder i use Extreme Protein (of course) to the Water using a hand blender until nice and stiff
Cut up the strawberries and fold them into the pudding
squirt on cream quantity depending on taste....

you can use other fruit but strawberries are very low in Carbs and the GI is low in the carbs they do have.....enjoy..

I only eat my 'protein bars' in the mornings. OR sometimes if I am being naughty and going out dancing, OOOOOOOH with diet COKE, someone hold me BACK!

Oh I have an apple crisp one too! Again with the oats thing, but as I am a big fan of carb cycling and carb tapering, it is my deserts in the morning most of the time.
