Oat shakes

I know this has been discussed before - but I was after exact directions on how to make an oat and protien powder shake. Do you have to soak the oats first or just blend it all together?

Any help would be great - thanks

well dunno i f i,m doing right

but coincidentally i have just put one down to write this

all i do is pour half a cup of raw dry oats in my shaker with the whey and neck it

gotta chew it a bit but oats aint exactly hard are they

or if you add the water 10 mins before and that softens them up enuff to do easily

You can buy blended oats in packets, so they are near enough dust. You dont even notice them in your shake apart from it making them thicker of course.

Steedee has a spectacular aura aboutSteedee has a spectacular aura about
I use 6 pumps egg whites. 2 scoops of strawberry beast around 200ml Water and 1/2 cup oats. I chuck it all in the blender gice a quick blast then leave it for 10 mins go back blend for a short while. The oats blend much easier after letting them soak for a few mins.

The shake is absoloutly gorgeous!!!!! Even my bird loves it.

Yeh, leave the to soak or put less in there.
6-8 tablespoons in 1 pint is enough per serving.
