Same as andy111a but I add 1 frozen banana and 1 large apple but miss out the PB.I find MP fine oats are best It's a lot cheaper than buying a brand and tastes better I use banana whey impact. If you make your own your getting about 600cals a drink not from added sugar.

Thanks for the info on how to make your own, obviously it will be much cheaper than buying a product. When would be the best time in the day to take a weight gainer? Cheers... |

id personally make my own as others have said if your going to buy 1 get 1 with oats and barley as carb sources. muscle fury do a good 1 called mass fury |

like the above posters have said make your own there cheaper and you know whats in it, most of the one's you buy are loaded with sugar so you do gain weight but not the correct kind......... 2 scoops of whey 1 cup oats 1 tbs olive oil or pb in the blender and your done and it saves $$$$$$ |

My DIY consists of... 100g oats 40g whey(myprotein) 1 tbsp olive oil 2 tbsp peanut butter and a banana its nearly 1000 calories with water and about 60g of protein!...tasty too |

without going into bulk supplier products id probably recommend any of the following; Boditronics Mass Attack UltraLife Lean Gain Reflex Instant Mass any of these would be ideal. They contain Low-GI carbs aswell as a mixture of Undenatured proteins and great amino profiles. |
