![]() | MRI PRO NOS I am getting back into bodybuilding my question is? I am currently taking USN Creatine X4 as per the instruction on the bottle. And MRI PRO NOS as per the instructions on the bottle. Would you guys say this is a good combination to be starting with ?I try and train 5 day’s a week alternating from upper body to lower on different days I run in the afternoon, well lunch break, up to six miles. I need the cardio work out. But desperate to increase muscle and strength My last question would be when should I start to see some increase in size? Thanks for your time. Nikon. |

I think that is a decent way to start but first and foremost get your training and diet right. Sorry, I know it is boring but this is more important than anything else. Also, running 6 miles is not what you want to do if trying to gain size and strength as it is providing your body completely the opposite signal. I think if you laid off this aerobic work you would notice improvements quickly - consider switching to interval work for cardio or mild, non-impact cardio (saving your legs and joints when combining with weights). |
