Protein Shake

Hey,

I'm currently using Body Fortress Protoplex Deluxe twice a day. This gives me 43.7grams of Protein per shake and because I'm bulking this is great. However I have recently been recommended 'Reflex Instant Mass'. Not only is this a lot cheaper (it's £32 for 2.7kg) but it's also 52g of Protein per shake.

Just wondering if this product is any good and if you got good results off it?

Many thanks,
Haimer

Re: Protein Shake

cnp Pro Mass is great and they have a deal at the moment i think,
buy a tub of 4.5kg promass and get a free t shirt,
tastes better than Mc Donalds [very addictive]

Re: Protein Shake

Lots of people use Reflex Mass without problems mate.

I think Reflex is on here might be under 'Karl' why dont you ask them for a sample.

Are you a rep for CNP lol?

Pro Mass is OK but its basic stuff and definately needs a blender for mixing. I've used it in the past and its very thick and didnt really do the job I wanted.

For me a Mass Gainer shake should be quickly digested and absorbed so that you can have it between meals. Pro Mass definately sat on my stomach for a while.

PVL do a good mass gainer called Mutant Mass which is very thin and mixes easily, I used it last year in between my meals and it was in quickly because its main carb was Barley based.

Extreme Nutrition are revamping their Mass Gainer at the moment so I look forward to using that after my diet. I know that Doug is putting a lot of time into getting the formula just right.

A free t-shirt is not a reason to buy a supplement.
