With CNP you can be assured that what is listed in the ingredients is what is in the product you are purchasing. Quality is worth so much more than quantity in my opinion.

Re: CNP Pro Peptide Definate results

Does pro recover only come in the 1.2 kg tub or can you get a bigger tub of it?

Looks like a good supplement, but i think i'll stick to pure dextrose and relex micro whey isolate with my own added glutamine, arganine and leucine and take creatine seperately.

Here mate

http://www.discount-supplements.co.u...errer=specials

you may want to add some more protein to it

TBH your protocol above looks more beneficial

And you didn't read mine - I said CNP's products contain what they say on the label, which is not always the case. I agree hydrolyzed collagen is not the best quality but that is in a flap jack - which should not be eaten as a source of protein.

Pro-recover is now sold in a 5kg tub.

Re: CNP Pro Peptide Definate results

I sell a full range of different brands in my gym shop,
most people seem happy to pay a little more for quality [CNP]
I do sell cheap protein as well to students and people on a tight budget,
however there is a difference between a quality undenatured protein and a poor quality cheap cheese whey.
People who are serious and into competing will invest in something that can be trusted and is not a waste byproduct..
As for protein bars, everyone knows they are a poor alternative to food,
however cnps are as good if not better than anyones..nuff sed

Re: CNP Pro Peptide Definate results

When I first started back at the gym I was using some cheap bars and flapjacks and I asked Kerry about them and he told me to get rid, one of the flapjacks I may aswell have been eating a mars bar or something similar. I use CNP flapjacks now as a quick snack and to get some carbs down me in the morning. And I use the XS Bar about 2 hours before training.

No they were not willing to fund a champion forum poster. I did put my impressive stats of post count Vs time on a borad to them but they came back and said no...so for now i shall be sponsored by my boss who pays my wages

Re: CNP Pro Peptide Definate results

What is in pro peptide?
micellar casein, high fraction whey concentrate and isolate, hydrolysed whey and egg white
no mention of collagen,
maybe you are getting confused with protein bars?

Re: CNP Pro Peptide Definate results

Your better off with eaa and dextrose pwo. When not using pwo just get MPC.. All this
"taperd protein blend" is a load of ****e.
So what pro pep contains hydro whey (a tiny part!).. 20g eaa stimulate protein synthesis for 3h combined with equal amount of carbs.

PWO=
50g carbs from wherever or more if you can handle it
30g eaa

Anywhere elce just use MPC as there are numerous studies that show it had a better effect than whey (ie: body composition and net rate ps)

No confusion, you havent read the thread right through...I stated the bars were marketed as high protein blend yet the second ingredient was hydrolyzed collagen which is just useless in the pursuit to build muscle.

Peo peptide ingredients are fine

Indeed, nice post..stick a picture of a bodybuilder on the front, double the price and you are on to a winner ...the myprotein white tubs are not jazzy enough
