Reflex Peptide Fusion or CNP Pro Peptide?
As title - the Reflex product is cheaper by £7 or so, but which is better?

I've looked at the contents, and the Pro-Peptide has slightly different ingrediants, but I'm not sure which to go for.

I'm looking for something to take before I go to sleep. At the moment I am using Quark, but thought I might like to try one of these two products as I've read people rate them both well and they both contain a good mix of protein, as opposed to Quark which is mainly casein.

I'd just like to make sure I am giving myself the best nutrition and try to strike the right balance between proper food and supplements.

Either or, they're both good products, I'd try one, then try the other next month and see which flavour you prefer

The Pro-Pep in Chocolate is yummy!

Spend your money on something nice and cheap from the bulk sellers
eqully as good and cheaper or stick to your food. A nice steak would be an option

Not altogether sure I want to know how you know this....


All I will say about these two particular supplements (not all supplements accross the board though so don't start the maximortgage or muscletech argument) is that you will get what you pay for. I've had too many debates on this subject to be bothered saying any more.
