Re: Reflex Peptide Fusion or CNP Pro Peptide?

The Pro Pudding is a nice snack before bed.

I mix in some extreme strawberry with a vanilla pudding and its yum. Sprinkle a bit of mixed spice on the top and add banana instead of strawberry and you have a banana custard type of pudding.

Fine mate although not as cheap in relation to before which pushes some towards more fancy flavours

They have a customiser too which means you can formulate what YOU want before bed

A mix could be:

50% whey
50% MP/calcium caseinate

then you have some bits like flax seed, oat powder you can add if you want

TBH protein blends before bed can be replaced by real food if you want assuming you are home

alternatives could be steak and a bit of rice and veg if you want food
some like cottage cheese

loads of ideas but dont feel you must have either a shake or cottage cheese before bed

Calcium caseinate WTF at least MPC or micellar casin if your feeling all fancy. Oats are romoured to promote cortisol output due to food intolerances.
Pre ground flax will be rancid and its estrogenic and it does nothing for insulin sensitivity, if you have to have flax grind the seeds your self, infact scratch that just bin them. Infact the steak bit of rice and veg bit is the only bit that sounds like you at all! I'm guessing you'd have that meal 60-90min pre bed?

Re: Reflex Peptide Fusion or CNP Pro Peptide?

You know i dont like flax...dont need to follow that route, as per peanut butter

Calcium caseinate is a nice cheaper choice, granted the quality is the lowest of the casein products but if cheapness is on the mind, its an option. Micellar provides a higher quality but also comes at a price
