Re: Weight gainer

Different product entirely to their whey

Its ok if you need to put weight on or want more carbs in a diet, easily calories and taste is ok

Re: Weight gainer

Cheers for the quick reply,

So i would really need to take both, i was hoping to get the added calories as i have a physical job and still get the same quality protein without buying both.

Re: Weight gainer

You simply need a diet thats higher in calories than you use if you are to gain weight

weight gainers allow for easy, convenient carbs but do not assure muscle nor do they become the backbone of a diet

Whey is so over hyped and misunderstood its untrue and people seem to think it has properties beyond beef, tuna, eggs, chicken, turkey and bacon that make it a given in a diet

eat enough, you grow, struggle to get calories on the go, have a weight gainer, commercial or home made
