| 2 different shakes in a day or 1 ? Instead of paying £1.30 a day at 11am for 2 pieces of chicken and a barm, my mum has decided to offer to buy me a protein shake to use instead.
It shold contain at least 22 servings so it will last a month and cost no more then £25.
I am also investing in a protein shake that i will take post workout and on none training days at around 7pm.
Should i just buy one and use them both or two different kindS ?

| Re: 2 different shakes in a day or 1 ? if i understand the question correctly then you'd be best then you would be best going for a large tub of whey from myprotein or one of the large 5lbs tubs from one of the other supplment sites, you would get more than 22 servings on average and would only cost around £30, but remember shakes should only be used sparingly (2-3 a day max), and you should try and get most of your protein from whole food, but im sure u know that already buddy . maybe get some casein for night time as it is slower digesting and will keep u ticking over while you sleep.

| Re: 2 different shakes in a day or 1 ? Yer thanks.
If my post was unclear it was 2 different brands
one at 11 am and the other at 7pm
Or just use one brand
one at 11am and the other at 7pm

| Re: 2 different shakes in a day or 1 ? food if you can first but if not then one type of whey would be ok. For someone in your position (if I am correct) try and get one with whey concentrate, isolate and maybe a casin in as well. Something like CNP prop peptide or otherwise USN and Reflex do one now days as then you have all angles covered.

| Re: 2 different shakes in a day or 1 ? you would be as well to use the one brand mate, doesn't really make any difference unless one is whey the other is casein or something. maybe try and pick up one with both fast digesting whey (vital post workout) and slower digesting casein which will as i mentioned before keep you ticking over between meals, and while you sleep. something like muscle milk by cyto sport which also tastes awesome....costs a bit more though. hope this helps pal.

| Re: 2 different shakes in a day or 1 ? Just found this http://www.cheapuksupplements.com/sh...p/2/elite_whey
I could double up using this and have 4 srevings a day. 2 in the morning and 2 in the evening. It would last about 1 month and my mum would be paying about £25 of the total and i would pay £3 plus the delivery. Not bad eyy.
Has anybody any experience with "cheap uk supplements" or dymatize elite whey ?

anyhow
serving size = 30 servings if you have 100g of powder
100 servings if you have 30g of powder
so its all about how much you REQUIRE in relation to the gap needing filling
