| Post Workout Shakes.... Im wondering what is the best shake to take after my workouts ?
Also, would this be ok to take on non weight training days ?
I plan to take it about 7pm so its after my workout and my main meal( tea )
Im looking to spend around £30 and would be willing to mix it with oats and bananas if i like it.
