Thirsty

Does anyone else get very thirsty after taking their protein shake, after i take mine i can drink maybe 4-5 glasses of water, is this ok.

being thirsty is a sign of high blood sugar levels sometimes

Is it a sugary protein drink you consume??

Diabetics suffer from this alot.
If you were thirsty all the time this might be a sign.

i always have some water after as my shakes are very thick and clogs me mouth n throat so sum water after helps get rid of the vile taste aswell lol

Yeh, me to. I get thirsty after the flavoured shakes and also the unflavoured whey isolate. It dries like egg white if you spill it so it'll do the same in your mouth.
