Protein and Carbohydrates

hi guys,

im not too sure on what supplement to take as most people have protein shakes that contain no Carbohydrates. since i want to build mass should i look for one with equal amount of carbs and protein?

bulk with food

add maltodextrine or corn starch to shakes if necessary...but food does the trick best i feel
