Question Which protien for this is best?

Once i finish bulking on a BSN cycle using True Mass etc which is stacked up with all sorts inclouding fats and carbs etc...

I will be cutting in a couple months for summer and i want a protien shake which is 0 carbs and 0 fats. perfect for before bed and generally toping up the protien without the other chemicals which may be stored in an adverse way.

Whats the best stuff out there for flavour and quality of chemical makeup?

Sadly BSN dont do a pure protien blend or i would have theres

Protein should be buffered with an energy source (i.e. carbs or fats)

Otherwise the body will start glucogenesis and try and use the protein for energy, which its not very good at as protein is a poor energy source.

I agree, you'd be best using micellar casein/milk protein with a small amount of fat such as PB or fish oils or instead lean meats or 2 whole eggs and 4 whites.

Just up the cardio a little if concerned about fat gains.
