No, not really correct
Excess protein once AA requirement is met will follow the carb or fat pathway, not crapped out. Calories cant be destroyed or we would simply grow and never get fat by eating protein.
The requirements are to remain in a positive nitrogen balance and this differs from person to person and situation to sitaution.
There is no set amount and it shouldnt concern anyone outside the lab in real time scenarios
