| maximuscle cyclone
does anybody rate this ? from what ive read it seems kinda good,30grams of protein per 60gram serving, 2 servings a day, plus all the other stuff thats in it, the only problem is the taste |

ahhhh i see lol, so what would you guys recommend as a good protein shake, i would need one witha quite a high amount of protein as im finding it hard to eat as much as i should to get bigger

I have seen myprotein.co.uk widely recommended on this forum and I will be trying them myself in the near future. They have a vast array of different suppliments and you can even custom order one with the percentages of each nutrient you want. Loads cheaper than Maximuscle products. I am sure someone who has used them before will be able to give you some more advice.

myprotein is very good gear, both price, taste and customer service...
you can choose a product to match your goals or get one custom made....

go with something like a mass shake, if you find you cant eat very often...(depending on your goals of course).
But if its just a protein supplement your after... i'd use some of the board sponsors as you get discount as well.

myprotein do a similar shake called hurricane
or if they no longer do, they used to
i have never tried it though but have heard good things in comparison to MM cyclone (mainly no doubt due to the price)
their meal replacements are good, off the top of my head
flax seed
50 grams protein
carbs
