Im lacking in experience of suppliments, however......Chocolate cyclone tastes like fish. It looked the same in my toilet too, stay well away. Still havnt found one i like! They all seem so expensive for something you can get from a i chicken breast? Or am i being naive?

Its a good supplement, people just expect much more dues to its hype and price tag. The product is fine but dont expect miracel results and dont expect to love the taste. Taste of course is subjective and some may like, dislike or detest the taste, end of the day shakes are not sit down gourment meals, they are designed to do a job, not provide pleasure

As for it being similar to food?

You will not get that amount of creatine in any other food per portion size, beyond that all you macros and micros are easily sourced from food

If you are looking for a similar SUPPLEMENT for your diet, myprotein hurrican XS would be more affordable and 'better' on paper in terms of logical ingredeints
