| It's what you do on the outside that makes you | Quantities of whey on the bag of my whey it says you should take 1g of protein per lbs of body weight, that to me means i have to take 150g odd of protein a day which is roughly what im hitting however is this the amount of protein you should have for maintenance or for building? im always unsure of how much i should have in one serving a mate of mine doubles his scoop so its about 45/50g then again he does weigh about 17 stone
