Which protein powder? - rock hard muscles

Hi.

I am currently using PHD. But before i joined the Army, i used quite a cheap powder. My muscles, particularly biceps, were smaller, but harder. I miss having rock hard muscles lol. How can these be gained again? I also use CNP professional Pro Creatine E2.

Thanks in advace, Stu.
