its 20 cals mate, surely you burn of more than that having a tommy tank

im not too sure how to tell if its a good shake. but a guy on here recomended it called five-0 and hes gave me pretty good advice so far so i cant say i dont trust him im just trying to pic up on what makes sakes good or better

trying to expand my knowledge per say lol

plus £35 for 90 servings cant go wrong lol

i take stuff made by phd and it tastes nice but only 25g servings and 20g of that is protien also £35 for 30 servings cost alot when im on 3 a day

cool, i had a feeling he knew his stuff. i think i wil get some asap and then carry on reading up on them as i seen 1 which was a dorian yates weight gainer with 40g protien and 500kcals per shake but i imagine that it would increase my bf% levels enormasly.

Warren, its a good budget buy protein, there are 90 servings of 24g of protein or so, I double them up, so 48g of protein and hence, 45 servings, which if you take 2 servings per day...obviously it will last 22-23 days or so, and nearly half your daily intake of protien.

There are better out there, but that one is nice and cheap, I like BSN syntha-6 but its like 30 servings of 23grams of protein, which obviosuly won't go half as far, but its up there with the best.

Myprotein also do some good value ones too.

cheers 5-0 ill give its a go, i usually have 3 sakes a day so it will last me 30 days not to bad,

havent had any today so i made up with 400g of chicken and 6 eggs.

Love the taste mate, the vanilla is one of the best ive ever tried tbh, very nice, thing is, doubled up = 15 servings.....:(...there are some carbs and fats in there, 2 scoops = 400kcals.

You should really try n get your source from food m8 as taking 3 shakes a day isnt really ideal TBH..Is there any reason why you take shakes instead of food source protein? There are tons of different brands of proteins out there and everyone will say this one is best and that one is best but its an individual thing...Reflex is IMO the best value for money protein around,flavoured that is..Other than that unflavoured is another cheaper alternative..Personally but both and add some flavoured to my unflavoured when making my shakes up and they taste great..Id recommend reflex choc mint,absolutely brilliant or smart-tec choc mud,mmmm am licking my lips..
But like I say you need to remember that everyone has their own tastes and best advice is to try different brands and see which you prefer and also which suits your pocket more...HTH

hi mate, im at uni most days and cant get meals at certain points of the day due to lectures so i have a sake to stop me going hours on end without protien. also i eat alot for me lol on average i have like 2x 200g chicken a day + 200g odd of steak and a few eggs so i fing it hard to consume solids sometimes
