Hey Guys,

Going to be ordering some whey from MyProtein, along with some super fine oats.

Suggestions on flavour for the whey?

Edited sig now.
+ I'll make sure to read the plug thread.

There are no major differences in isolate to concentrate.
The protein won't get absorbed any faster or retained better if you buy an isolate.

The only reason for you to buy isolate would be if you where lactose intolerant and couldn't handle the carbs or maybe dieting for a show but 3g of either macro isn't going to do any damage.

If you get the bulk flavour, you can't add sweatner, its not necessary either tastes good and subtle.
