As a protein - MyProtein is no better than ON Gold. Extreme and BioHazard are the only ones with a full spectrum of aminos. Extreme and ON both taste great. PHD - I've not heard any complains about.

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | Re: PHD Pharma Whey I've had a tub of this. I'd say its a good middle of the road whey protein - pretty standard for a 5lb whey blend. I had choc mint flavour and have to say it did taste very good - very similar to Garnell's whey protein (in fact I'd wager it may be made by the same manufacturer, the taste is so similar). The worst thing about it is the xanthum gum it contains which I know a lot of people like to avoid.
