Casein vs WPC vs WPI vs HWP vs Food

Read a few posts recently extolling the values of one type of protein powder over another...

Can anyone back it up...?

I can't find a decent PubMed study on humans thats sheds any light on it.

Some specific questions:

Having casein at night - if you slow down the digestion, will that not impact upon the bodies natural GH release...?

How fast is WPC/WPI/HWP/Casein absorbed...?

Can the usual suspects shed some light on this please?

Study references are preferred (if you can find them..)
