Can anyone tell me if BodyFortress Whey Protien is any good, or even if anyone has heard of it, i`ve heard alot of stories about some protiens being completly useless and a waste of money.

The folks that say the body fortress stuff is sh*te. What evidence have you got to support that. Is this just based on perception or is there some scientific analysis done on the stuff that shows it's crap.

Not being funny. I just want to know cause i've bought it in the past as a stop gap between my stuff from Adonis and I want to know if it's alright.

Hi cyber, my opinion on them is when in the sale you cant go far wrong £10 for a tub that can be used now and then. Only reason i wouldnt use it as my main shake is because it doesnt give enough protein etc for a pwo drink but any other time i dont see the prob with it.

there is no point in buying cheap crap protein, you are better off spending your money on tuna , eggs etc

yeh, i made sure i eat the right stuff aswell, i just wanted something extra as im sure alot of people on here do, like with every meal have a shake, but like i said i heard that you need to be carefull what you buy, as it could end up being crap, but by the sounds of things bodyfortress isn`t so good so i`ll look elsewhere.

Its the fact that the proteins aren't cold processed meaning the whey will of been denatured from the heat extraction this severely lowers the bv of the protein.
