hi mate welcome to the board if you look to the right of the main page you will see that being a member gets you certain privilages look at the my protein section you get a good discount for good protein hope this helps.

a question, what is tthe difference between whey isolate and whey protein.

I'm a female (whether it makes much difference, ive no idea).. I'm not after bulking, but I do want to speed up my muscle recovery after a workout.

Hi,

newbie here too.

im looking into bulking up big time, im currently 12stone. Got some muscle..

I really dont want to take steroids.. and i know hard gym time will get you muscle, but i want that bit more..

for instance couple of my mates used to be 'fat' boys when they were alittle younger.. but now because they have trained.. and taken some supplements etc.. they have that 'big' frame (which they kinda had when they were 'fat' boys but they now have strengh and muscle bulk).. which i am after.. however ive never been in the 'fat' frame catogory.. and have always been quite skinny.. ive worked hard to get to the frame size i am now.. but i would like to move up size again!

Im willing to put in hard gym time, but id feel alot better if there was something persific that i could take (supplements) etc, to work with me as i train.

any advise?
hope all that makes sense.
The other main reason for the bulking up is that im going to become a d/s in security..
