measuring protein?

Hi, i'm pretty new to training and ordered some whey protein isolate, from here:
http://adonisnutrition.co.uk/product...roducts_id=164

I got a shaker, but forgot to get a measuring cup/scoop.
I haven't got any scales either.
Could anyone tell me roughly how many dessrt spoons 30g would be? or even better the shaker shows ml's in 50ml increments - so how much does the powder look like in ml's.

Cheers!
Matt

E-mail Adonis direct - they should be able to tell you.
Why don't you just get some scales or order a scoop? Does their protein not come with one then?

Re: measuring protein?

i had a little dig around but couldn't find a scoop, perhaps i'll have another dig in a bit.
Scales would be a good idea, i'll see if i can pick some up later.
I was just wanting to try a shake before i have to go out in a bit.
