Per 32g serving you'll get Protein = 23g Carbs = 3g (all of which are sugars) Fat = 2g Sodium = 100mg Per 29g serving; (of Species' Isolyze) Protein = 27g Carbs = 0g Fat = 0g Sodium = 40mg It's THE purest protein powder that I've seen. It's isolate to, so perfect for lactose intolerants. Best of all - it mixes with a fork. I actually prefer to mix it by hand than shaker unlike any other protein. Oh and theres another bonus...it tastes good! The vanilla cherry flavour sounds rank - but is actually my fav! BTW so you can see I'm not just making random numbers up; heres the link to the MuscleTech facts http://www.thesupplementstore.co.uk/...rdcore.htm#nav Scroll down to the bottom and click 'Nutritional Details' |

![]() | Re: Which protein power? I want to get a couple of tubs of slow release protein and a couple of quick release... am I right in saying that on the MyProtein website: MyPro Hydrolysed Whey is "quick release" MyPro Whey Protein is "slow release"? Are these the best 2 to get? |
