Re: Which protein

Depends on your requirements

Whey Protein: Comes from milk
Whey Isolate is good - quick absorbtion
Whey Concentrate - not as good.
I would stick to Whey Isolate for post workout.

Micellar Casein: Slow digesting and rich protein source that continues to feed your muscles long after whey proteins have dropped off.
Good to take before you go to bed.

Soy Protein: you can get shakes originated from Soy. Good if your a vegetarian, or vegan.

Hope this has helped.
